Shipping Policy
Cost - Starting from as little as AUD $9.00
- All rates will adjust according to weight and distance, estimates shown at checkout
- We recommend you select tracking as JZ will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Delivery Time
- Australia Express Post (guaranteed network area) is usually 1-2 Buisness days
- You will able to track the progress of your parcel with the selected courier, once dispatched from our store JZ has very little influence over the delivery.
- If you have an incorrect address, difficult access, no one to sign for goods, slow delivery or any other concern; we recommend you contact the courier immediately to resolve it quickly.

- Orders placed before 4pm AEST will be shipped the next business day.
Custom / Club uniforms
- Design and manufacture times will differ for each custom order. Industry average is 6-8 weeks. However we will do our absolute best to meet your requirements.
- Discuss lead times when placing your order. The earlier the process starts, less the chance of disappointment

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason (this does not apply to special orders or custom items), return the item unused and in 'as new' condition, in original packaging with tags and proof of purchase, for an exchange or store credit.

You MUST notify us within 14 days of the purchase date for approval to return the item for a refund. The item MUST be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

The return postage will be the responsibility of the purchaser . Please remember that you, the customer, are responsible for any returned goods. The easiest way is to send a prepaid return satchel with tracking with your return.
We recommend that you use a service with tracking. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post, you will be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel.

Note:
Items returned for exchange or refund that do not present in 'as new' condition upon their return will not be refunded or exchanged.
"As New Condition" means in its original packaging with tags, (not worn, makeup, marks, alterations, deodorant)
